The American Development Program (ADM) Symposium ran this past weekend (November 11-14 2010) at Seven Bridges Ice Arena. I've spoken to several coaches who attended the event, and all are enthused by what they saw. Fortunately for those of us who did not get to go, USA Hockey has put up video from the event.
