Now that the winter season is over, and spring hockey is well under way, it is a good time to bring the 2010-11 campaign all together. Our inaugural season saw over 10,000 visitors and 25,000 pageviews. We exceeded the pace of our first week by quite a lot.
Thank you, dear reader.
We had Paul Lubanski join us as a regular contributor, and figured out a bit of that social media thing. Finally, like you, we watched a ton of youth hockey games .... and maybe even strapped on the skates a time or two ourselves.
I know you are likely off to enjoy the weather in one way or another, but feel free to check in with us over the dog days. We will keep the torch lit. With the checking rule change, spring league, and whatever else comes up, we will find something to post. But if we don't see you again until August, that's ok.
I hope to bring a few changes to the blog next year, including a new service and maybe a surprise or two. With your help, next season could be even more special.
Until then, keep your head up!
